Boulder Action is a community engagement effort designed to help citizens better understand the political, business and social forces shaping local government and to act as a catalyst for political action.

We began as a group of Boulder citizens who love our city and want to keep it a safe and beautiful place to live.

We are not comfortable with the directions our elected officials have been taking in recent years.

Won’t you join us to help return Boulder to a place that is safe, uncrowded and welcoming to all?

We are Boulder residents who believe in:

  • Respect for the environment

  • Respect for the rights of renters, property owners and the unhoused

  • Respect for the right of citizens to not feel trampled and overwhelmed by unbridled growth

… and who believe in:

  • The right for all to feel safe anywhere in Boulder

  • The importance of a thriving community of small local businesses

  • Respect for the accomplishments of those who have invested in Boulder’s well-being

  • The need for our governing model to be more responsive to the needs of all Boulder’s citizens
