The proposal includes demolition of a portion of the existing church building, removal of existing surface parking lots on both 350 and 355 Ponca Pl., and vacation of the existing Ponca Place right-of-way

B. Concept Plan Review and Comment Request to redevelop the site at 1100 28th Street as a mixed-use student housing development with 80-90 units in the Residential – High 3 (RH-3) zoning district.
