April 17th
The City Council holds public meetings to gather feedback from community members. There
is both Open Comment and Public Hearings. In item 4A, Council considers another 142 units
on 30th St, in addition to the over 20,000 in the pipeline or being considered.
This meeting includes an Executive Session of the Council.
4:30 p.m. – Regular meeting and public livestream will begin with a call to order, and quorum
established via roll call. Item 1A (motion to call an Executive Session), will be read into the
record publicly and a vote taken on the motion. A two-thirds vote is required. Council will then
convene to the Executive Session that is not viewable for the public. A notice will appear on
the public livestream screen stating, “Council now in Executive Session”.
6:00 p.m. – Council will publicly reconvene the regular meeting and continue with the agenda
beginning with the Declaration.

uses and a ground floor commercial space. The proposal includes the demolition of the

bedroom units totaling 111,495 square feet. The proposal includes a request for a height
modification to allow for 55’ in height, a request for a 6% parking reduction, modification to
setbacks, number of stories, and building size (BMS). The proposal also includes an
administrative amendment to TVAP. The applicant has requested Vested Rights. Reviewed
